Ruvalu is an AI you talk with about what you're working on, what you're looking for and what you can offer. Over time, if you turn matching on, it introduces you to people worth knowing. Ruvalu is a product of LLMeet LLC and is for people 18 and older.

• Most of what Ruvalu learns is never shown to anyone. You can see, edit or delete all of it in About you › What Ruvalu knows, and choose a privacy level for each note.
• Matching is off until you turn it on in Connections, and you can turn it off any time.
• An introduction only happens when you both say yes. Then a shared conversation opens where you see each other's display names. Your email address is never shared.
• You can block or report anyone you've been suggested or connected with, from the "…" menu next to them.
• We don't sell your data or show ads.

Ruvalu is free to use, with up to 50 replies from Ruvalu a day. Pro is a monthly subscription that raises that to 300 a day. The price is shown before you pay, and payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number. Upgrade from About you › Plan & account.

Heads up: Pro gives you more replies from Ruvalu each day and more web searches. It doesn't get you more matches. Ruvalu is new, so how many introductions you get depends on how many people near you have joined.

Ruvalu has 25 founding members who get Pro free for life. Founding spots are by invitation from Ruvalu's founder, who hands out a special link in person to local business owners. Signing up any other way is on the Free plan. There's no card and no charge. If you're one of them, you'll see "Founding member" and your number in About you › Plan & account.

Go to About you › Plan & account and choose Manage billing, then cancel there. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Deleting your account also cancels Pro straight away. For billing questions, write to help@ruvalu.com.

Go to About you › Plan & account, choose Delete my account, and type "delete" to confirm. It's permanent. See Delete your account for exactly what's removed. If you can't sign in, you can get a delete link by email there instead.

On the sign-in page, choose "Forgot password" to get a reset link by email. If you'd rather delete your account, you can get a delete link by email without signing in. If none of that works, write to help@ruvalu.com.
